IT Support Specialist 2nd Level - WindowsOS (f/m/d)

Your mission
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and our 1st level support team 
  • You provide technical support and are responsible for solving complex problems for our customers with a focus on cloud-based technologies
  • You respond to our customers´inquiries, offering solution-oriented assistance with a primary focus on cloud-based technologies 
  • You actively collaborate with the IT support team to drive continuous process enhancements
  • You possess a deep understanding and, ideally several years of experience with the Windows operating system in combination with Microsoft 365 and/ or Google Workspace
  • You can extend practical experience to managing MDM systems, e.g. Microsoft Intune
  • You continuously aid the IT Ops team in enhancing and automating support processes
Your profile
  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system administration or have advanced to become a system administrator through professional qualifications
  • You have several years of experience in IT support
  • You are proficient in both German and English at the C1 level
  • You are interested in self-development and collaborative growth – we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization  
  • You enjoy engaging with a multitude of customers and you exhibit patience and a strong commitment to service
  • You work with a hands-on mentality

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und unser 1st Level Support-Team 
  • Du leistest technischen Support und bist verantwortlich für das Lösen von komplexen Problemen
  • Du beantwortest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert die Fragen unserer Kunden mit Schwerpunkt auf cloudbasierten Technologien 
  • Du arbeitest aktiv mit dem IT-Support Team zusammen, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Prozesse zu erzielen
  • Du besitzt ein tiefes Verständnis, bestenfalls mehrjährige Erfahrung, mit dem Windows Betriebssystem in Kombination mit Microsoft 365 und/ oder Google Workspace 
  • Du kannst deine bereits gesammelte praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit MDM-Systemen, bspw. Microsoft intune, anwenden 
  • Du arbeitest an der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen mit 
Dein Profil
  • Du hast erfolgreich eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration abgeschlossen oder dich durch berufliche Qualifizierungen zum Systemadministrator weiterentwickelt 
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support mit
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Level 
  • Du hast großes Interesse daran dich, selbstständig und in der Zusammenarbeit mit uns, weiterzuentwickeln und durch uns bezahlte Zertifizierungen zu erlangen  
  • Du hast Freude daran, technische Probleme zu verstehen und zu lösen  
  • Du arbeitest mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität 
  • Du hast Spaß an der Interaktion mit vielen Kunden, bist geduldig und hast einen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken 
  • Du willst in einem Unternehmen arbeiten in dem Mitwirkung und Initiative geschätzt werden
