Your mission
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Munich office: you will own the customer journey from contract signature to a clean, predictable go-live. You’ll orchestrate onboarding projects, align cross-functional teams, and ensure every customer achieves measurable value fast.
- Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and define scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive progress tracking, stakeholder alignment, and transparent communication.
- Deliver onboarding sessions and customer enablement workshops to ensure customers understand key features and realize value early.
- Maintain implementation playbooks, checklists, and quality standards (DoR/DoD).
- Document learnings and improvement opportunities post-go-live.
- Ensure a clean transition to Customer Success at go-live.
- Confirm customer acceptance and trigger billing events.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to improve our platform and delivery process.
