Chief of Staff (f/m/d)

Your mission

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff (f/m/d) to join the leadership team at deeploi.

In this C-level role, you will act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, driving cross-functional alignment, leading financial and investor-related initiatives, and ensuring strong internal decision-making and execution across the company.

You’ll combine financial acumen with organizational excellence, helping steer deeploi through growth, fundraising, and operational scaling — effectively acting as a bridge between strategy, finance, and execution.

This is a highly visible and impactful role that will shape the company’s next growth phase.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive investor relations & fundraising: Prepare materials, manage investor communications, and support the CEO in fundraising and long-term financial planning.
Lead financial reporting & insights: Oversee reporting, performance tracking, and forecasts — ensuring strategic alignment and data-driven decisions.
Structure internal processes: Streamline decision-making, OKRs, and cross-functional collaboration for clarity and accountability.
Partner with leadership: Work closely with the CEO, CPO, and leadership team as a trusted thought partner — translating strategy into execution.
Own strategic projects: Lead high-impact initiatives that strengthen deeploi’s operating model and drive sustainable growth.

Your profile

6+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment, or strategic/finance leadership roles in a high-growth startup or tech environment.
Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and planning — ideally with exposure to fundraising or investor relations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate between strategy, finance, and operations.
High integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Fluent in English and German.
