We’re looking for a driven, creative, and hands-on Marketing Lead (f/m/d) to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution.
You’ll define how deeploi tells its story, drives growth, and connects with SMB customers across Europe.
As a generalist B2B SaaS marketer, you’ll own our entire marketing engine end-to-end – from positioning and messaging to channels, campaigns, and performance.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Sales to translate product value into clear, compelling narratives that inspire customers and accelerate growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the marketing strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven B2B SaaS marketing strategy with a clear SMB focus.
- Run the full marketing engine: Oversee all key channels — paid, organic, content, brand, and website — ensuring consistent messaging, performance, and growth.
- Manage and optimize the funnel: Develop and own the marketing funnel architecture, connecting acquisition, nurture, and conversion to drive a consistent pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and Sales to translate product value into clear, compelling messaging and storytelling.
- Lead and steer agencies: Take full ownership of agency management — guiding strategy, setting priorities, reviewing performance, and ensuring all external partners deliver measurable results aligned with deeploi’s goals.
- Build and strengthen the brand: Shape deeploi’s brand narrative and ensure consistency across every touchpoint and stage of the customer journey.
- Measure, learn, and scale: Analyze results, translate insights into action, and test new ideas and channels to continuously drive visibility and demand.
