Team Lead – IT Support (f/m/d)

Your mission

Provide leadership to our IT support team, ensuring a safe, conducive, and productive work environment.
Foster the personal and professional development of team members through effective team development strategies.
Plan and cultivate a high-performing team proficient in various areas of IT support.
Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain an efficient working environment.
Develop and implement performance management strategies for the helpdesk, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and innovations, and proactively challenge existing practices.

Your profile

Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated proficiency in people management and leadership.
Strong technical expertise in computer systems, networks, and software.
Proven track record of effectively leading and motivating teams in dynamic environments.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
