Team Lead – IT Support (f/m/d)

Your mission

Provide leadership to the IT support team, ensuring a cooperative and productive work environment
Plan and develop a high-performing team, covering all relevant IT areas, by managing the recruitment process, creating development plans, and implementing comprehensive training programs
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, meeting KPIs, and maintaining SLAs while addressing customer issues promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
Drive performance management by setting clear KPIs, monitoring team performance, and identifying areas for improvement through regular reporting and trend analysis
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, continuously optimizing processes, and integrating new tools that align with industry standards and enhance team performance

Your profile

Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
Demonstrated proficiency in people management and leadership
Strong technical expertise and experience with mobile device management systems, Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace, software and hardware support
Proven track record of effectively leading and motivating teams in dynamic environments
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous
