Senior Backend Engineer (f/m/d)

Your mission

As a Senior Backend Engineer at deeploi, your key role will be to refine our platform in close collaboration with our Head of Engineering and Sr. Product Manager.
You'll be tasked with transforming complex systems into powerful, streamlined workflows that solve the day-to-day challenges of IT managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and optimize Backend services for operational efficiency, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Proactively tackle backend challenges, fostering a collaborative problem-solving environment across teams.
Design and execute automation scripts to refine processes, emphasizing efficiency and cross-departmental alignment.
Champion a unified approach to IT development, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across various teams.

Your profile

You have 3+ years of work experience as a Backend engineer
You are proficient with NodeJS and TypeScript or any framework on top
You have hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, with a focus on system operations and maintenance.
You have proven experience in systems management from planning through to deployment and maintenance.
You have a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of system quality, user experience, and security protocols.
You have proven ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of cross-functional IT teams.
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

NICE-TO-HAVE

Experience of working with MDM systems
Experience with data analysis
Experience with Windows-based services and solutions, demonstrating proficiency in managing and deploying Windows Server environments.
