Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für technische Anfragen unserer Kund:innen und Nutzer:innen per Ticket, Telefon oder E-Mail.
  • Du priorisierst, dokumentierst und bearbeitest Support-Tickets zuverlässig in unserem Ticketsystem.
  • Du analysierst und löst IT-Probleme im 1st Level Support selbstständig und serviceorientiert.
  • Du leitest komplexe Themen an unsere Level 2 Experten weiter.
  • Du bietest einen ausgezeichneten Kundenservice und zeigst Einfühlungsvermögen bei der Unterstützung der Benutzer.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast erfolgreich eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration abgeschlossen oder konntest bereits Berufserfahrung als Mitarbeiter im IT-Support sammeln
  • Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Level 
  • Du agierst mit einem starken Servicegedanken und dir ist kundenzentriertes, selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten wichtig 
  • Du arbeitest mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Du willst in einem Unternehmen arbeiten in dem Mitwirkung und Initiative geschätzt werden
  • Du besitzt Interesse dich in technischen Themen weiterzubilden und –entwickeln

Your mission
  • You are the first point of contact for technical inquiries from our customers and users via ticket, phone, or email.
  • You reliably prioritize, document, and handle support tickets in our ticketing system.
  • You independently analyze and resolve IT issues within 1st level support in a service-oriented manner.
  • You escalate more complex issues to our Level 2 experts.
  • You deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate empathy when supporting users.
Your profile
  • You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system administration or have already gained professional experience as an IT support employee
  • You speak English and German at C1 level
  • You are interested in self-development and collaborative growth – we will support your professional and personal development with paid certifications through our organization  
  • You have a strong service mindset, and customer-centered, independent and solution-oriented work is important to you
  • You work with a hands-on mentality
